Evander

Deriving from Greek and Scottish roots, Evander is a boy's name that means "good man." In Scottish traditions, it's believed the name is an anglicized version of Iomhar, deriving from the Norse name, Ivor, which translates to "bow warrior" and "strong man." Evander was also a Trojan war hero prominent in Greek and Roman mythology that founded the city of Pallantium, which later became Rome.
